DHS Shutdown Drags On as White House Says Parties 'Pretty Far Apart'

The White House said negotiators remain 'pretty far apart' on a deal, as Democrats demand ICE reforms in exchange for funding. DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin also departed the administration.
