FBI Investigated Virginia Democrat for Taking Bribes to Push for Pardons

Joe Morrissey, a disbarred Virginia attorney who once ran for office from a jail cell, was investigated by the FBI for allegedly taking bribes to push for pardons before being pardoned himself by then-Governor Ralph Northam just before leaving office.
