Mobile Food Ministries Adapt to Soaring Gas Prices
Mobile food ministries across the country are scrambling to adapt as gas prices surge past $4 per gallon, driven in part by the Iran conflict disrupting global oil markets. Many smaller church-run food trucks and delivery programs report that fuel costs now consume a quarter or more of their operating budgets.
