The Alien Terrorist Removal Court Holds Its First Hearing in 30 Years
Congress created the court in 1996 to let the Justice Department use classified evidence in deportation cases, and it has never been used. The administration has now brought the first case, seeking to remove an Afghan woman prosecutors say supported her son's ISIS-inspired plot to attack voters on Election Day 2024.
