A Federal Appeals Court Upholds Limits on ICE Arrests at Houses of Worship

A federal appeals court upheld a ban on immigration arrests at some houses of worship, leaving in place limits on a policy reversal issued the day after President Trump took office. That reversal had rescinded guidance discouraging enforcement in 'sensitive' areas such as churches, schools and hospitals.
