New Images Offer the Best Evidence Yet That Betelgeuse Has a Companion Star

Fresh imaging provides the strongest support so far for a long-theorized stellar companion orbiting the supergiant Betelgeuse. The research team is largely convinced by the data but plans another round of observations in 2027 to confirm what they believe they have captured.
