Broadcom Pulls VDDK Downloads, Making VMware Migrations Harder

Broadcom has removed public downloads of the VMware Virtual Disk Development Kit, a component many backup and migration tools depend on. Administrators trying to move workloads off VMware say the change complicates their exit. Broadcom has not published a replacement path for unlicensed users.
