Canada Rocket Company plans a medium-lift R-2 launcher and a $30 million engine-test facility near London, Ontario, Ars Technica reports. CEO Hugh Kolias says the rocket could fly by 2032 if development succeeds and targets capacity of 12.5 metric tons to low Earth orbit. Those are company goals; financing, testing and a successful launch remain ahead.
