Several Killed as Car Driven by Navy Officer Plows Into Chilean Market

An off-duty member of the Chilean navy driving a private vehicle crashed into an open-air market in the coastal city of Vina del Mar on Sunday, killing several people, authorities said. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
