Churches Ask a Court to Hold ICE in Contempt Over Undercover Surveillance
A group of churches that won a court order barring warrantless surveillance of their properties has filed a motion accusing ICE of using undercover agents inside congregations. The filing asks the judge to make the agency explain why it should not be held in contempt. DHS has not responded publicly to the allegations.
