Climate Change Erodes 'Nighttime Lull' That Helps Firefighters Contain Wildfires
A Science Advances study of nearly 9,000 North American wildfires found that fire-conducive overnight hours have climbed 36% since the 1970s, with some northern regions now experiencing 232% more 'round-the-clock' burning conditions.
