Dangote Backs Fuel Pipeline Linking Djibouti and Ethiopia

Aliko Dangote announced support for a fuel pipeline connecting Djibouti’s Damerjog port with a distribution facility in Dewele, Ethiopia. The proposed 120-kilometer line and storage facilities would move petroleum products into landlocked Ethiopia. Officials say the project is intended to shorten delivery times and strengthen fuel supplies.
