Ecuador Charges a Former Minister Over a Presidential Candidate's Assassination

Ecuadorian prosecutors have charged a former government minister in connection with the assassination of presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio. Six others, including the leader of the Los Lobos cartel, are accused of playing an indirect role in the murder.
