Abdul El-Sayed Apologizes for a Comment About a Michigan Synagogue Attack

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed apologized to the state's Jewish Democratic Caucus for remarks he made after a March attack on a synagogue, in which he tied the attack to Israel. The apology follows a series of controversies over allegations of antisemitism. El-Sayed said he wants to move past the episode.
