The Justice Department says it arrested Energy Department engineer Ashton Hamed Ellaboudy in Washington state on a charge of attempting to support the Houthis. Prosecutors allege he bought explosive and drone components and helped an FBI source posing as a Houthi intermediary adapt communications equipment. His initial court appearance is scheduled for Friday; the charge is an allegation, and guilt has not been established.
