Evangelical Press Association votes to adopt new name

The Evangelical Press Association voted to become the Christian Communicators Network, The Christian Post reports. The organization says 57 percent of 224 ballots favored the change, with 42 percent opposed. President Dwight Widaman says the statement of faith remains unchanged as the group broadens its professional identity.
