Archaeologists Unearth Hundreds of Artifacts at Fort Ticonderoga
Archaeologists have discovered hundreds of artifacts at Fort Ticonderoga, the site of America's first offensive victory of the Revolutionary War. These objects were found on Liberty Hill, where Continental Army soldiers first heard the text of the Declaration of Independence. The discovery provides new insight into the early military history of the United States.
