HHS Warns Two Texas Hospitals Not to Withhold Care From a Newborn With a Heart Defect

The Department of Health and Human Services warned Children's Medical Center of Dallas and UT Southwestern that they cannot withhold life-saving treatment from an infant named Gabriel on the basis of his heart defect.
