Hong Kong's Weather Observatory Posts a Record High Temperature

Hong Kong's observatory recorded 36.9 degrees Celsius, or 98 degrees Fahrenheit, on Sunday as Typhoon Dolphin pushed warm air across the city, the meteorological service said. It is the highest reading in the observatory's history.
