A Chance Encounter Rescues a Former College Basketball Star From Homelessness

A former college basketball standout who had been living out of a red backpack was recognized on the street by a fellow Indiana graduate. The chance meeting set off an effort that moved him out of homelessness and back into stable housing. The two men had not seen each other since their university years.
