A Judge Sides With Texas Over Minnesota on the Extradition of an ICE Agent

A federal judge rejected Minnesota’s emergency effort to force Texas to extradite an ICE agent accused of shooting a Venezuelan man in Minneapolis and lying about it. Christian Castro, 52, remains in custody in Texas, and the ruling could clear the way for his release. The Justice Department is separately weighing federal charges in the case.
