A Judge Blocks Changes to the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program

A federal judge ruled that the Department of Health and Human Services cannot move ahead with new requirements for Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program funding. The court declined, however, to reverse grant cancellations that had already taken effect. The program funds sex education and pregnancy prevention efforts nationwide.
