A Kidnapped Rare Serbian Eagle Is Freed Back Into the Wild

A rare eagle taken from the wild in Serbia has been rescued and released, the end of a case that mobilized conservationists in a country where the species numbers in the dozens. Rehabilitators said the bird recovered enough to hunt on its own before the release.
