Minnesota man charged in alleged ISIS-inspired Mall of America plot

Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, 18, was charged with receiving a firearm and ammunition to commit a federal terrorism offense, the Justice Department and OAN report. Prosecutors allege he planned an ISIS-inspired shooting at the Mall of America. The FBI says an undercover transaction used an inert rifle before his arrest. The complaint is an allegation, and guilt has not been established.
