Mobile medical van brings care to storm-hit rural Hawaiʻi

A mobile clinic is bringing medical care and supplies to rural Kaʻū residents after storm damage closed their local health center, Big Island Now reports. Nurse Pōhai ʻAʻarona and Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies are working with Direct Relief to provide vaccinations, medication storage and links to mental-health and other services. The damaged center remains closed.
