Polish school attack injures nine; suspect arrested

A 19-year-old student injured nine people at a vocational school in Ostroleka before police arrested him nearby, Polish authorities said, the Associated Press reports. Five students, two teachers and two passersby were hurt; one was seriously wounded. Authorities had not disclosed a motive, and none of the injuries was life-threatening.
