Renewables Beat Natural Gas on US Grid for First Time, and Rate Cheaper Than Nuclear

For the first time in US history, renewable electricity generation beat natural gas on the grid in March, new data shows — and a separate analysis finds renewables are now 53% cheaper per megawatt-hour than nuclear power when full lifecycle costs are counted.
