A Russian Missile Attack Near Kyiv Kills Three, Including a Child

Russian missiles struck communities on the outskirts of Kyiv overnight, killing three people including a child and wounding others. Ukrainian officials said air defenses intercepted part of the barrage but that residential buildings were hit.
