Eleven South Australian restaurants receive Australia’s first Michelin stars

BBC News and Michelin report that Australia’s first Michelin selection awarded two stars to Adelaide’s Magill Estate Restaurant and one each to ten other South Australian venues. The state paid for inspectors to visit but has not disclosed the amount. These awards cover South Australia, rather than restaurants nationwide.
