South Korea probes fuel shipments to Russia

South Korea says it is examining fuel shipments to Russia disclosed by The Guardian and will act if domestic laws were broken. Officials say loading refined products is not itself prohibited and South Korean origin has not been confirmed. The Guardian’s port-record analysis found 176,000 tonnes carried to Russia; ownership and any legal breach remain unresolved.
