A Stranger Gave a Boy a Piano. What Followed Was ‘Mozart Level.’

A Colorado child began on the painted paper keys of an unused cardboard keyboard, until a stranger’s donation put a real piano in front of him. What emerged, his family and teachers say, is a level of ability described as Mozart-like, arriving in spite of autism rather than around it.
