Survey finds 49% of U.S. adults affirm Jesus’ virgin birth

The American Bible Society’s newly released chapter reports that 49% of U.S. adults affirm Jesus’ virgin birth and 53% affirm his resurrection, The Christian Post reports. NORC surveyed 2,649 adults January 8–27. Different wording and methods limit comparisons with earlier Pew surveys; these findings describe reported beliefs rather than explaining why they changed.
