A Teenager Is Charged With Murder After a Mass Shooting at a Kentucky Park

Authorities in Lexington, Kentucky, charged an 18-year-old with murder and multiple counts of assault after a shooting at a community celebration in a city park. A 16-year-old was killed and four others were wounded, including two children. The investigation is continuing.
