Thieves steal 30,000 bottles from Tuscan wine company
Wine company Marchesi Antinori says thieves took 30,000 bottles worth about €5 million from a Tuscan storage site, BBC News reports. The October 3 theft was discovered Monday, and no arrests were reported. The company’s suggestion that knowledgeable buyers were involved remains a theory, not an identified culprit.
