U.S. Walks Out of a U.N. Security Council Meeting During France's Remarks

American diplomats left the chamber as France spoke, in a row that followed the U.S. joining North Korea and Russia in voting against extending the term of the U.N. high commissioner for human rights. The walkout deepens an already visible split between Washington and its European allies at the Security Council.
