Witkoff and Kushner Meet Zelensky in Kyiv as Ukraine Braces for Another Winter of War

Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner made their first visit to Kyiv for talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky, following a meeting with Vladimir Putin in Moscow. The envoys called the discussions substantive and encouraging, but announced no breakthrough. Zelensky said afterward that he expects the war to continue into the winter.
