Kentucky trooper killed during traffic stop; suspect in custody

Kentucky State Police said Trooper Hayden Phillips, 30, was killed during a traffic stop on Interstate 65, Fox News reports. Police arrested a suspect in Louisville, and authorities said a murder charge was being filed. Phillips, a three-year veteran, leaves a wife and three sons.
