A Picasso Missing for Eight Years Turns Up in a Vacant Apartment

A landlord found an unusual print hanging in a vacant apartment and discovered it was an original Picasso etching, "Torero," that vanished from a Milwaukee gallery in 2018. The man who found it turned the work over to police earlier this month. The gallery owners had not known whether they would ever see it again.
