Starship reaches orbit and deploys satellites on shortened flight

An engine failure during ascent prompted SpaceX to shorten the planned ten-hour mission. The spacecraft returned to a designated Pacific splashdown area after roughly three hours; the flight did not attempt full vehicle recovery.
