Trump approves firing-squad execution of Fort Hood shooter

President Trump approved the military’s proposed firing-squad execution of Nidal Hasan, the Pentagon said, according to BBC News. Hasan was convicted after killing 13 soldiers at Fort Hood in 2009. The Army will set the time and place; the announcement does not mean an execution has already occurred.
