Health-economics students report benefits from classroom simulations

Evaluations from 129 George Mason University students found 89% considered a health-economics class engaging and 85% said its simulation-based teaching improved their learning, Phys.org reports. Games illustrated insurance and market competition. These are student reports from 2022–25, rather than a controlled test proving better academic performance.
