Study finds preschool group preferences and weak adult political links

Phys.org reports that Norwegian preschool boys favored members of larger cartoon groups in a study, while girls showed no clear preference. Adult US samples favored smaller groups overall, with weak associations between preferences and attitudes toward hierarchy. The restricted samples and correlations do not show that childhood choices cause political beliefs.
