Swedish school-meal study finds taste shapes support for lower-meat recipes

A survey of 1,268 pupils at six schools in Lund found mixed views on lower-carbon meals, Chalmers University reports through Phys.org. Students were somewhat more supportive of reducing meat in familiar recipes than adding vegetarian-only days. Taste and fullness mattered; the findings from one Swedish municipality may not generalize elsewhere.
